Hey haven't emailed you for a while, all is still well on the mission. Lot's of work.
We moved from our "Hobbit hole" to another member's home which has been nice. She's an older lady who needs some company and makes us the best cookies I've ever had (although I think she sneaks healthy stuff into them occasionally). She has a piano that I'm learning how to play. I took about 3 months of lessons when I was probably the twins age before deciding it was too hard. I started again about 3 weeks ago and I can already play a few hymns with both hands.
So I know you and Ryan bike quite a bit and I was wondering if you have any insights on which bicycle lights are best. I need a back light as well and last time mom and I picked one it was pretty bad quality. I don't want to spend more than about $50. Could you send mom a link to one that is good so that she can include it in my next care package? I would appreciate it.
Are you still doing online school? How was the safari?  I'm a little jealous of all the adventure although the urban jungle gets pretty exciting sometimes.

It's been a blast. A safari? That sounds sweet, you'll have to send me some pictures. Our Christmas was pretty warm too, about 60 degrees. My companion is a basketball player from Knoxville who is waiting for a visa to Brazil. We are living a members home that we call "The Hobbit Hole" It's basically a glorified attic. Enjoy New Years in Africa! I'll let you know if there is anything I need, there may be.

Hey Brother, hope things are going well for you.  Are you having a good time?

I've been traveling a lot lately, and am writing you from a hotel room in Amsterdam.  Not just any hotel room, though, but a Yotel, where the rooms aren't much bigger than a king-size bed!  This hotel charges in 4-hour increments, and is located at the Schiphol airport.  I'm here for another few hours before my flight leaves for South Africa.  I decided to spend my Christmas break in warmer climes, and am going down there because, well, it's Africa.  I'm going on safari, so it'll be interesting.

What else interesting can I tell you...  Ryan's still staying at my place, but he's wrapping up his MBA in 5 months or so.  Everyone seems to be doing well.

Let me know if there's anything you need over there, and I'll see what I can do.

-Jared

PS.  Merry Christmas!
